Order publications

Public Safety Canada publishes a wide variety of products aimed at helping citizens know the risks and get prepared for emergencies. Please use this form to order print versions of our publications. There is no charge, although we reserve the right to limit quantities and can ship only within Canada. Allow four weeks for delivery.

Orders must be placed by April 6, 2010 to be received in time for EP Week. We do not provide rush orders, but if you wish to receive such an order at your own expense, please contact our general enquiries line at 1-800-830-3118 and provide us with the following information so we can proceed with your request.

• The civic delivery address, contact and phone number
• Materials and quantity requested
• The name of your courier company and the account number (we only accept: FedEx, UPS, DHL, Quick Messenger, Purolator, Manitoulin and Day and Ross)

Before ordering, you may wish to consult the content outline for each publication.

For orders of more than ten copies or items, a street address is required (no post office boxes).
